JOB OVERVIEW

As part of the pre-opening team, the Brand Creative will play a crucial role in the developing and executing the identity of Mercury Towers and its lifestyle portfolio. You form part of the marketing and brand communications team and bring stories to life through impactful design and interactive media elements. Your strong graphic design skills, proficiency in interactive media tools and keen eye for aesthetics, will deliver a highly creative, yet cohesive brand experience across all channels.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create visually appealing designs and assets, that align with brand guidelines and target audience

• Develop and maintain consistent brand identities across various platforms, ensuring visual coherence and brand recognition

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design collateral, promotional materials, and advertisements that effectively communicate brand and promotional messages

• Design campaigns which engage and captivate a diverse audience to deliver on commercial KPIs

• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as audio, video, and animation, to enhance the interactive media experiences

• Participate in strategy discussions and contribute creative ideas to effectively position our lifestyle brands in the market

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually compelling designs

• Stay passionate about innovation, tech, trends and new technology with a strong interest in art, design, fashion or similar lifestyle experiences

• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design outputs. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand integrity

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or a related field

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, with a demonstrated understanding of the consumer lifestyle segment

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent knowledge of design principles, aesthetics, and typography

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
