Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant with Forklift experience.

Job Description:

• Provides administrative support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment

• Communicating and planning with the Head of Department

• Organising and planning of the delivery schedule and delivery man rosters

• Maintain and update finished product stock records

• Follow safety regulations

• Load and unload trucks by forklift

• End of Day reconciliation of the trucks

Required Qualifications:

• Work experience in a similar post is an asset

• In possession of Forklift licence

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS office including Word and Excel

• Organizational skills

• High motivation to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work in a team

• Must be able to work flexible hours
