Food & Beverage Associate (Part Time & Seasonal Full Timer)

The Xara Collection is looking for a fun-loving, energetic, and dynamic Part-Time Food & Beverage Associate to join their fantastic team at our venue located in the heart of the popular Balluta Bay area (St Julian's). 

The Villa, is an imposing, historical, landmark 19th century palazzo, housed in what used to be the summer residence of one of Malta’s leading 20th century industrialists and one of the oldest structures in the Balluta area.

Your role:

• Assume responsibility for each guest’s dining experience, and multitask between assisting guests, bussing, running, wine service, and anything needed to provide memorable and personalized service for our guests;

• Describe and inform guests on all elements of the menu (food and beverage) and restaurant;

• Maintain clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all health and safety standards.

About you:

• Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume restaurants;

• Demonstrate a warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive attitude and an open-minded and team-oriented mindset;

• Having the willingness to learn is paramount, as full training and guidance will be provided;
